Nakorn Sawan Municipality and the Association of Siamese Architects under Royal Patronage (ASA) launch a national design competition for the Chao Phraya River Memorial and Museum in Nakorn-Sawan, to commemorate and to highlight the symbol of the River as the largest and bloodline river in Thailand, at the particular spot where its four tributaries begin. Thailand-based Fars Studio has won the 1st place in the competition.
