Designed by Architekt DI Johann Lettner, it is a contemporary house with great surrounding environment. The sun-soaked patio offers a view for this swimming pool house, the pool itself works its way through the first volume, across the open space and to the second volume. The underground offers a stylish and bright living space. The incorporation of glass wall at the “basement” floods the interiors with natural light and make it as bright as the upper floors. This house also features a central floating staircase, and the whole house is surrounded by massive glass walls and open-concept interiors that offer unobstructed views of the outdoors.
